From Dr. Bakeman

It is my goal to do everything feasible to maximize a patient's comfort and function through the treatment of difficulties involving the knees, hips, and shoulders. In many cases, this involves medical treatment and physical therapeutic measures but may also call for some form of surgical intervention. I have focused my professional career on the careful evaluation of issues affecting a patient's well-being and have striven to develop a plan of care unique and specific to the needs of each individual patient.

I am honored to have been an integral part of our group, Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan, for these many years. I honestly believe that West Michigan is so very fortunate to have such an outstanding group of medical professionals to care for this community.

I certainly appreciate and thank you for the trust you place in me, my staff, and OAM. I am excited to work with you to maximize your comfort and your function.

Sincerely,

Dr. James Bakeman
